“Great 5 day package that captures the "Must Do" sites in Hanoi. Ha-Long Bay was great to see but incredibly crowded with tourists. The company who run the boat rides to the caves did nothing to assist the visitors in getting their life jackets and directing them. It was all left up to the overall tour guide. With regards Sapa, it is a 5 hour bus trip each way. Consequently, I would recommend anyone going to have at least 2 nights in Sapa to make the journey worthwhile.
